HOA dues for Red Oak Plantation are currently $300 per year per lot, but special assessments are added as needed.

What is the walking distance around the neighborhood?

If you leave your home and walk to the ends of all the streets in the Big Sky section of the subdivision, you will have walked 2.0 miles when you return back home.
Riley Drive is 0.2 miles long.

How far is Red Oak Plantation from downtown Asheville?

It is 13 miles from Red Oak Plantation to downtown Asheville.
It is 10 Miles from Red Oak Plantation to the junction of Leicester Highway and Patton Avenue/Highway 19/74.
